Please carefully read all policies before booking!

Please note that a $20 deposit is required prior to booking any service. This deposit goes towards your total amount! Deposits are non-refundable, if you need to reschedule you will need to submit a new deposit for your new appointment.
Hair is not included in any service.
You must provide and bring your own hair for any service you book.
Refunds
All deposits and full cost of services are non refundable. The only exception of getting a refunded deposit is if the stylist cancels the appointment at least 48 hours in advance. In which case you can opt to have the deposit transferred to any one new service you book in the future or get a refund of your deposit.
If you are unhappy with the outcome of your service please contact the stylist and we will go over possible compensation.
Cancelation
24 hour notice is required for appointment changes/cancelation.
Failure to adhere will result in forfeited deposit and you will need to submit a new deposit for any future service you book.
No Show
Lack of communication prior to missed appointment will result in the client being charged the full amount of the missed service to the card on file.
Your despot will be forfeited.
The full cost of service must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments and will be non-refundable.
Late Policy
There is a 15 minuet grace period, after 15 minuets an additional $5 per minuet will be added to total cost.
